Office Design
Effective Project Management is key to any office fit out or refurbishment. Our Construction Managers set up, plan and control your project, liaise with building surveyors, engineers and building management and arrange any applications and/or permits necessary for your fit out or refurbishment. Communication is our strength and you’ll be regularly briefed on every development.
Our Construction Manager works closely with our Site Manager during the construction stage to ensure that your fit out runs smoothly. Our construction team ensures that every area of your fit out is completed to the highest standards.
If your office fit out or refurbishment is in an active area of your office, we can complete your fitout in stages or work after hours to ensure minimal disruption. Weekly site meetings can be arranged with your Construction Manager or if you can’t make it to site we can update you via phone or email along with images showing you the progress we’ve made with your office fitout.
